The owner’s love of the Land and very soul penetrate the rugged clay earth – warming the roots like the high noon sun and invigorating the leaves like a cool evening breeze… nourishing the vines to reach their ultimate ripeness. After years of patience and loving care, the finest grapes are handpicked by the family, then crushed by hand and aged for at least two years by Abba/Saba Pinchas into this exquisite wine… nurtured, protected and cherished as if it were one of his own four boys. | על גבעה בשומרון בגובה 410 מטר מעל פני הים גדלים הענבים המובחרים בכרם ארבעה בנים. האהבה, ההשקעה והעבודה הקשה של בעל הכרם מחלחלים לרגבי אדמה החרסית, הקרקע מחבקת כחום צהריים ומרעננת כמשב רוח ערב את שורשי הגפן ומאפשרת כך את בשלות הענב לכדי שלימות.לאחר שנים של המתנה כאשר הענבים הטובים ביותר מוכנים, הענבים נקטפים בידיים משפחתיות ועוברים לטיפולו המסור של אב הכרם. היין עובר תהליך בכבישה ידנית ולאחר מכן עובר לחביות חדשות להתיישנות בת שנתיים לפחות, תוך שמירה על היין כאילו היה אחד מארבעה בניו. |
